Below is an email we sent to our lists regarding what the people can do in their efforts to overturn the fraudulent 2020 Presidential Election.
For many decades, we have used Affidavits against domestic-enemy-traitors in government and have won numerous victories, both in and out of court, against these domestic enemies. A well-written, well-supported Affidavit/Declaration of Truth which is sent to a domestic enemy holding office and which receives no in-kind rebuttal through that domestic enemy's own, sworn, notarized Affidavit, stands as fact and truth before any court.
Jack and I get to very basic, fundamental constitutional positions which, unfortunately, virtually no people and no lawyers, "constitutional" or otherwise, use and, in fact, avoid like the plague. Two of these positions pertain to (1) violations of due process of law, and (2) fraud, as covered in the below email.
Treason within Congress and within the federal, state and local governments is a common occurrence, and not an isolated aberration. The majority of Congress committed treason by its own actions, as follows. Objections were duly raised to accepting the fraudulent Biden electors and then recess was called for two hours to debate the issue. After Congress returned to resume the proceedings, when evidence of election fraud was being presented to Congress, at nearly the same exact time, the planned, orchestrated "invasion" of the Capitol Building, led by Antifa and BLM "coincidentally" happened. As most people who know politics well understand, if something happens in politics, it is not a coincidence or an accident, because it was deliberately planned. Congress disbanded, was rushed out of the room, into the tunnels, and later that night, in secret, without public scrutiny, voted to certify the fraudulent, suspect Biden electors.
In all of our seminars, workshops, radio and tv broadcasts, etc., we have made two constitutional positions extremely evident, as follows.
1. Any act passed by any congress, legislature and any public body and any action committed by any public officer either supports and upholds the Constitutions, national and state, or opposes and violates them. It is this simple.
2. No public officer has the constitutional authority, or any other form of valid, lawful authority, to oppose the very documents to which s/he swore or affirmed his/her oath.
These two positions put everything in a constitutional nutshell and say it all! Any and all "laws", actions, policies, etc. can and should be measured by these two positions. Either an act or action is constitutional, or it is not. There is no gray area.
All members of Congress and all other government officials have sworn or affirmed oaths to support and defend the national Constitution and are constitutionally mandated to do so in the execution of their official duties. It should be evident to anyone with even basic, limited intelligence and common sense to fully understand that their congressmen, senators, and public officers all over the country--federal, state and local--routinely violate their oaths as a routine custom, practice and policy, each and every day. As a result, they are DOMESTIC ENEMIES, warring against the Constitution(s), yet the American people, as a society, have never once taken any lawful actions, whatsoever, to stop these ongoing, unconstitutional, unlawful actions and treason, itself.
Various evidence of election fraud has been presented to Congress, yet Congress has not duly evaluated the merits of those presentations and took no action, whatsoever, on what was presented to them. Instead, Congress scoffed at the evidence and evaded its responsibilities, which, at minimum, is dereliction of duty, malfeasance in office and perjury of oath. When Congress evacuated the building, as stated above, the ability to present evidence of the fraud was obviously thwarted, by design.
When Congress reconvened for the vote, there was no evidence regarding election fraud presented to Congress and debated, yet Congress, being aware that there was copious evidence which they were constitutionally duty bound to investigate, voted to certify the suspect Biden electors. These actions are egregious violations of due process of law by a Congress that is constitutionally mandated to uphold all aspects of due process of law, our Constitution, and our inherent, unalienable rights guaranteed therein. As we have said many times, and as we say below, any public body, including, but not limited to, Congress, that denies, violates or opposes, in any manner, due process of law forfeits any perceived and presumed jurisdiction, because that body is constitutionally defective, constitutionally incompetent, and has no constitutional authority to hear or adjudicate any matter. Any decisions that result from actions conducted absent due process of law are lawfully null and void, without lawful force and effect, whatsoever.
Further, Congress has forfeited its jurisdiction, and since this means it has no lawful authority to hear or adjudicate anything, then, it also has no lawful authority to conduct any business, whatsoever, nor make any laws, rules or regulations, until the constitutional anomalies and defects have been corrected. By its own unconstitutional, treasonous actions, the Congress has declared itself to be a DOMESTIC ENEMY of this Republic and the American People. Pursuant to the self-executing Sections 3 & 4 of the 14th Amendment, those members of Congress who voted in favor of and/or supported the suspect Biden electors, have vacated their offices and forfeited any benefits thereof, including salaries and pensions. None of these traitors can hold public office nor receive public funds. It is really this very basically simple.
Still further, since Congress, pursuant to oaths taken, is required to support and defend the Constitutions, national and state, and uphold rights and due process guaranteed therein, which Congress has flagrantly failed to do, then, Congress has perpetrated egregious fraud upon the American people by pretending to be a lawful body, when, in fact, by its own insidious, malevolent actions, Congress has clearly proven that it is a treasonous body actively engaged in open rebellion, wars against the Constitution, and is a major threat to the American people and their Constitutional Republic. Fraud vitiates everything, as clearly held in U.S. v. Throckmorton. Lawfully, this election is vacated, and the actions of Congress, committed in fraud, egregious violations of due process of law and blatant defiance of the will of the majority of the American people, are a nullity. A treasonous Congress has zero authority to certify any election, conduct impeachment proceedings, and make any law, rule or regulation binding upon the people and the workings of government. The same constitutional criteria which apply to Congress also applies to the members of the United States Supreme Court as well as to the members of all other courts in this country that declined to hear cases brought before them regarding election fraud conducted in this 2020 Presidential Election. Some of those courts used ridiculous arguments, in violation of due process of law, as their excuses for refusing to hear the cases. Pursuant to 28 USC Section 2072(b), the rules of the court can never supersede the substantive rights guaranteed to the parties to any court action. Since the Constitution recognizes and guarantees the people's substantive rights, then, obviously, these substantive rights supersede any other absurd excuse offered by any court for not hearing the case, pursuant to, in part, court rules.
The President, duly elected by the people, as the Chief Executive Officer of America and the Commander-in-Chief of the military, has the sworn duty to preserve, protect and defend the Constitution for the United States of America against all enemies, foreign and domestic, and to uphold the rights and due process guaranteed to the American people. As we said above, any act passed by Congress and any actions by public officers either support and uphold the Constitution, or oppose and violate it. It is clear that the acts and actions by the Congress and the Supreme Court flagrantly oppose the Constitution, due process of law and rights guaranteed therein, therefore, their actions are unconstitutional and of no lawful force and effect, whatsoever. The President, pursuant to his position, has the constitutional duty and authority to remove the Congressional Domestic Enemies from office, pursuant to, at minimum, the self-executing Sections 3 & 4 of the 14th Amendment. Those who war against the Constitution cannot be allowed by any lawfully elected President of this nation to create laws, regulations, rules and policies for the American people, nor can the President allow domestic enemies to occupy and hold office and execute the duties thereof in this country. The entire Congress and Supreme Court, with those exceptions who did not participate in the treason, can be totally and lawfully disbanded then arrested for their heinous crimes. Government of right serves with the consent of the governed. When government fails this requirement, then, that government can be altered or abolished by the people and their duly elected President in order to maintain and continue our Constitutional Republic.
Whenever constitutional violations are committed, there are always constitutional remedies, as set forth in the referenced Sections 3 & 4 of the 14th Amendment. Another of those remedies is the Affidavit process specified below. If the American people who supported President Trump really want to take lawful actions against the domestic-enemy-communist rulers of America, then, tens of millions, or more, law-abiding Americans would engage in this simple, but powerful, Affidavit process.
When we write Affidavits, we base our charges in truth, fact, valid law and evidence and provide notification to our opponents that they must rebut, in kind, our charges and claims, if they disagree with them, by means of their own sworn, notarized Affidavits, and support their rebuttals in truth, fact, valid law and evidence. Since our charges and claims are based in truth, fact, valid law and evidence, it is lawfully impossible for the domestic enemies to rebut our charges, in kind, by means of their own sworn, notarized Affidavits, and support their rebuttals in truth, fact, valid law and evidence. In 65 years, plus, no public officer anywhere in this country has rebutted any Affidavit we have written, because they cannot do so without committing perjury, and over that time span, tens of thousands have been written by us and our students.

This is an ideal opportunity for the people across the country, whose senators and/or representatives voted against the objection to the election fraud, and thereby allowed the fraudulent electors to be certified, to write Affidavits/Declarations of Truth to them, citing their treason against our constitutional republic, the Constitution and the American people.
It should be evident to anyone, with any thinking ability and any awareness of politics, that the staged "invasion" of the Capitol was planned by the Democrats and Antifa/BLM who led that invasion and occupied the Capitol. The Capitol Police aided and abetted this invasion, by allowing Antifa to enter the Capitol. The sister of one of our students was informed by her close friend, who was at the Capitol, that she witnessed four busloads of Antifa terrorists escorted into the Capitol Building by the Capitol Police, so this whole thing was a planned conspiracy, a false flag, in collusion with the Democrat Party and the other Congressional traitors.
The treasonous Congress subverted the Constitution, and held a secret session in which all but 7 Senators voted AGAINST the objection, thus, supported the fraudulent Biden electors, as well as a vast majority of the Republican Representatives, who did the same thing, along with the Democrats. Does this remind anyone of the secret session, held two days before Christmas, when the Federal Reserve Act was fraudulently passed, without a quorum, in 1913?
As stated above, this would be an excellent time for the American people to write Affidavits in which they specify the treason committed by those domestic enemies holding office which supported and voted for the fraudulent Biden electors. The courts across the country, including the Supreme Court, had numerous opportunities to hear cases regarding the election fraud, but those courts declined to hear the cases filed. We have said this many times before, but it bears repeating here. Whenever public bodies, including courts, the Congress and state legislatures, decline to hear a case or issue in controversy on matters vital to the nation, such as fraudulent election results, then, that public body or court has forfeited any perceived jurisdiction and all its decisions and/or rulings are lawfully null and void, without lawful force and effect, whatsoever. This is due in part to the fact that the public body or court is constitutionally incompetent, constitutionally defective and has no constitutional, lawful authority to hear or adjudicate any matter until such time as the constitutional anomalies have been corrected.
Further, as we have also said many times, FRAUD VITIATES EVERYTHING, and this was clearly upheld in UNITED STATES V. THROCKMORTON. There is evidence of massive fraud conducted during the 2020 Presidential Election, yet this evidence was defiantly not heard by the courts or by Congress, and what was heard by Congress was not lawfully acted upon to prevent the illegitimate results of the election from being exposed and the election nullified.
Since many of you are well aware of the massive fraud, we won't go into all of it here, but will touch upon one instance. When the number of votes cast exceeds the number of registered voters, then, that is blatant, clear-cut, unquestionable fraud. This occurred in key swing states in this nation, yet neither the Congress nor the courts, or any other public body acted upon that fraud. Any public body, court, etc. that condones, aids, and abets fraud and violations of due process of law is as guilty as those who committed the fraud and the violations of due process of law. These, obviously, include all of the Senators and Representatives who voted to allow the certification of the fraudulent Biden electors.
Beyond the due process violations and the fraud, are many significant additional violations that would overturn this election. The American people who voted for Trump claim that they are very upset at this treasonous turn of events, so now is their opportunity to voice their objections to the treason, in writing, to the traitors, by and through lawful notice to them, in the form of an Affidavit/Declaration of Truth sent directly to each and every traitor.
Again, as we have said many times, the American people have always upheld the evil, unconstitutional treasonous governments operating throughout this nation. As a possible reason for this, which is a stretch, maybe those Americans who did so were totally unaware of the evil, treasonous, corrupt domestic public enemies who rule America. The events of January 6th and 7th should clearly demonstrate to the people the insidious nature of those domestic enemies who rule this nation with the intention of eradicating our constitutional republic and installing an overtly communist governmental system, supported by the comprised domestic-enemy-police who are the enforcers for these domestic enemies, and kill at will, without repercussion, as they did on the 6th at the Capitol. This is the opportunity for the people to speak directly through their Affidavits to their domestic-enemy-rulers who have unlawfully subjugated and defrauded their Citizens, treasonously violated the Constitution, inherent rights guaranteed therein and due process of law. Remember, the American people are GUARANTEED life, liberty and property, which cannot be taken from them except through due process of law. No due process of law was extended by the courts, by the Congress or any governmental body, when they stole this election from the American people.
If the American people, who claim to be upset at this treason and are true supporters of our constitutional republic, were to write Affidavits to the traitors in every state of this Union, then, tens of millions of Affidavits, if not more, will be sent to the treasonous-domestic-enemy-Congress. As most people know, there is strength in numbers. Tens of millions of Affidavits sent to these traitors will not only send shivers down their spines, but also instill fear for their own positions, because the people have awakened to the true, ugly governing realities in this nation and are not going to take them anymore.
The lawful, constitutional positions contained in the text of these paragraphs can be inserted into any Affidavit, along with your own claims and charges made to your specific U.S. Representative and Senators, as long as those charges and claims are based in truth, fact, valid law and evidence. In our Affidavits, we provide lawful notice to the recipients of our Affidavits that if they disagree with those claims and charges, based in truth, fact, valid law and evidence, then, they must rebut those claims and charges, in-kind, supported by truth, fact, valid law and evidence, by means of their own sworn, notarized Affidavits. Since we are so based, it is lawfully impossible for any public officer to rebut truth, fact, valid law and evidence and swear to it under the pains and penalties of perjury. In many decades of writing Affidavits to corrupt, unconstitutional public officers, not one has rebutted any of our charges and claims. We provided them notice that if they fail to rebut our charges and claims, as stated, within the specified time period, then, they tacitly admit to all charges and claims made in our Affidavit, fully binding upon them in any court in America, without their protest or objection and that of those who represent them.
